Fireteam Football – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A player's place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fireteam Football reserves the right to cancel a session or programme if minimum participant numbers are not met. In this event, participants will be offered either:
a full refund; or
the opportunity to transfer to an alternative session.
2. Attendance & Refunds
Refunds cannot be issued for sessions missed due to illness, holidays, family commitments or any other personal circumstances.
Where possible, Fireteam Football may offer a replacement session at its discretion, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If a session is cancelled by Fireteam Football due to adverse weather, coach illness or circumstances beyond our control, a replacement session will normally be offered. If this is not possible, an appropriate refund or credit will be provided.
3. Medical Information
Parents/guardians must declare all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries or additional needs during registration.
Parents must notify Fireteam Football immediately if any medical information changes.
By booking, parents confirm that their child is medically fit to participate in football activities.
4. Illness
To help protect all participants:
Children should not attend if they have experienced vomiting, diarrhea or a contagious illness within the previous 48 hours.
Fireteam Football reserves the right to refuse participation if a child appears unwell.
5. Behaviour
Fireteam Football is committed to providing a positive, respectful and enjoyable learning environment.
Players are expected to:
show respect towards coaches, teammates, parents and facilities
follow coaching instructions
display positive behaviour at all times.
Fireteam Football reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or repeatedly inappropriate.
No refund will be issued where removal is due to misconduct.
6. Photography & Video
Fireteam Football may photograph or film sessions for coaching analysis, marketing and promotional purposes.
Parents who do not wish their child to appear in photographs or video content must notify Fireteam Football in writing before attending.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
7. Safety & Participation
Football is a physical activity and participation carries an inherent risk of injury.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe coaching environment, participation is undertaken at the parent's own risk.
Fireteam Football accepts no liability for injuries sustained except where caused by proven negligence.
8. Personal Property
Players are responsible for their own belongings.
Fireteam Football cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
9. Clothing & Equipment
Players should arrive with a full water/drinks bottle, wearing appropriate football clothing, shin pads and suitable footwear for the playing surface.
Note: All players must wear moulded, short screw in studs or short bladed boots. Bedford Town do not permit flat soled shoes or trainers on their pitch. Players without appropriate equipment may be unable to participate.
10. Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, parents authorise Fireteam Football staff to administer appropriate first aid and, where necessary, seek emergency medical assistance.
Parents will be contacted as soon as reasonably practicable.
11. Data Protection
Personal information will only be used for the administration of Fireteam Football sessions and will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
Information will not be shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary for the safe delivery of sessions.
12. Changes to Sessions
Fireteam Football reserves the right to change coaches, venues or session times where reasonably necessary.
Parents will be notified as soon as possible should any changes occur.
